Assad agrees to the Annan plan and the development of some observations

Said Syrian President Bashar al-Assad on Thursday, Syria, "responded" with the task of Kofi Annan and "will spare no effort" in its success.

"

The letter that "Syria and in the framework of its strategy to put an end to the crisis, responded with the task entrusted to Kofi Annan as the Special Representative of the United Nations to Syria."

The plan calls for Annan to stop the fighting under the auspices of the United Nations and the withdrawal of government troops and heavy weapons from the city which has seen protests and humanitarian truce for two hours a day, to make room for the arrival of humanitarian workers to areas affected by the violence and the release of detainees on the background of the events.
