Sleep for nine hours reduced weight



Recommend the latest medical research to eliminate obesity sleep for nine full hours on a regular basis, which helps to rein in some of the genes that negatively affect the weight.

The research was conducted on more than a thousand twins, where the equivalent mass was measured to control their bodies as well as hours of sleep.

The follow-up to the twins who said they slept for seven hours hours were twice as likely to fall prey to obesity, in addition to that 70% of them suffered from high rates of body mass, while the environmental factor which contributed to a rate of 51%.
