South Korea said on Friday that North Korea launched a ballistic missile for the B to failure after the rocket exploded and crashed after a few minutes of taking off.
North Korea fired the missile - which claimed that it carries a satellite meteorology - early today in a move that drew international criticism because of fears that it may enhance the ability of the communist state living in isolation to make an intercontinental ballistic missile capable of carrying a nuclear warhead.
