Five people were killed today, in a shooting attack on a restaurant in eastern Kenya.
The TV network reported the British Broadcasting Corporation, that the attack occurred in the town of Garcia, and also resulted in the wounding of four other people.
The network added that a senior prison officers were among the dead in the attack, which is suspected in the parking elements of the Somali Youth Movement rebel behind him.
The youth movement has threatened to retaliate against Kenya intervened militarily to support the legitimate government of Somalia.
